Thank you for joining me on this new adventure as I dig deeper than ever before to write my truth—the real + raw—and share more transparently about my process in developing my philosophy on the power of the liberated voice.

Since the middle of 2020, I have been writing my story on social media as a form of self-discovery, self-reflection, and self-led therapy. However, I have been feeling myself lose interest in sharing on Instagram and Facebook because I’m ready for a change.

I want to continue sharing my story, but in a much more vulnerable way. I want to tell my story to heal, to empower myself even more, and to release myself from these metaphorical chains I have placed on myself.

For the past year, at least, I have kept myself from sharing my story on social media because it didn’t feel safe.
